A cold pack is leaking. I received a damaged package.

We replace all damaged items for up to 1 year after purchase, so no problems there! Please email us pics of the damage, showing how/where the pack is leaking for R&D purposes. If the package was damaged during shipping, please attach pics showing any damage to the box, including extra tape or anything similar. We’ll then send out your replacements ASAP!
